Laiyang Yintong Paper Making Co., Ltd. is easy to access, for it is located in Jiaodong Peninsula, on the seashore of Yellow Sea, near Lanyan Railway in the south, adjacent to Yantai-Qingdao and Yangtai-Weihai National A Roads in the north and next to Weifang-Laiyang, Jinan-Qingdao and Tongsan Expressways in the west; and is less than 100 km away from harbors and airports of Yantai, Qingdao, What’s more, the beautiful scenery and mild climate offer it a unique domain and developing space.
Occupying an area of 150,000 m2, of which 80,000 m2 are workshops, the company is equipped with 4 sets of 1760-300 multi-cylinder long-mesh paper machine, 4 sets of 1575mm multi-cylinder long mesh and round mesh paper machine and 2 sets of special paper machine which can manufacture special paper (1092mm & 1575mm). The company produces special paper and upper-class stationery paper with over 800 personnel, of whom 208 are with college or high education background and powerful technique strength. It possesses its own paper making research institute with strong innovation and manufacture capacity of special paper. The company is one member of China Trade Association for Anti-counterfeiting and China Anti-counterfeit Technology Association. It enjoys self-operation right.
The major products include four series with over 30 types, such as food packing paper and paper bags, anti-counterfeit paper, upper-class stationery paper, fruit packing paper and paper bags. These products are exported to various countries and regions in Europe, Australia , Asia and Africa.
Food packing paper contains chopsticks packing paper (upper-class, seamless sealing, and one-side packing), sweets packing paper, oil-proof paper in upper, middle and low quality, bag-type cup paper, milk packing paper, coated paper and paper towel. The upper-quality oil-proof paper is substitute for cooking popcorns in micro-wave oven; mid-grade oil-proof paper is for packing or holding oil food. Anti-counterfeit series include high-end counterfeit paper like black watermark paper, white watermark paper, black & white watermark paper, invisible security thread paper, window thread paper, chromatogram fiber paper, texture anti-counterfeit paper, digital anti-counterfeit paper, chromatogram digital anti-counterfeit paper, thermal anti-counterfeit paper etc. High-grade culture paper includes dictionaries, Bibles, swabs, air tickets and various stocks and bills. Fruit packing bags include upper grape bags, compound apple bags in different colors and bags for pears, bananas, mangos, megranates, loquats, oranges and wax apples. These bags have reached international standard and exported in a big amount to South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Chile, etc. The company is the first manufacturer exporting packing papers. Thanks to the high-grade fruit packing paper invented by our company, the situation of importing these kinds of paper in China is changed. Instead, large amount of our products are back sold to the countries which export high-quality fruit packing papers. Thus our country’s history of importing high-quality fruit packing paper is terminated. This year, the export output of fruit paper of our company accounts for 80% of the total domestic export amount.
